Pros

- Will switch you off your interviewed and contracted project in a VOLUNTOLD (disguised as a choice but it is do it or get out). - Care more about being liked/appeasing versus good solid work results. - Don't care about you in OCM, just about their objective, even overrides their manager levels. - Put leaders in charge of multi-million-dollar projects with 'No' experience or help to guide them to traverse project mgt and all its complexities.

Cons

- The OCM dept needs to learn to guide and teach their Project Owners how project mgt works, yes including OCM, not just jump in assuming they understand OCM & Project mgt = they don't and need your help and you fail in setting up success Jackie. - Cannot treat people like disposable objects for long and build a stable dept.
