Obviously good enough to stick around for quite a while. Got multiple raises, even had my own key to the store and another one made just for me, for the cash office

Cons

No room for advancement. Was already the highest I could go for my local franchise, and the store manager was a little old lady who definitely wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.
