This is a company that is full of opportunity. It helps you to work in many different departments according to your skill set, interests, and career path. The colleagues are always very helpful. People and not only knowledgeable but also willing to help sincerely. And it is stable in the company's strategy and marketing and functions among the other oil and gas industries. Chevron is very people-oriented, and also responsible to society when it arrives at a decision.

It is a very big company, so sometimes your idea won't be reviewed immediately. Sometimes functions could be duplicated between different departments.
