I have been working at Chicago Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Having only recently started with Chicago Marketing a few weeks back, I already find myself indebted to them for the excess of tried-and-true techniques and tools they've provided in order to reach success. Being somewhat new to the marketing industry, I came in a bit uncertain but the training is more in-depth and hands-on than any other company I've worked with and delivers results you can see each day. They also maintain...

Training can be pretty full-throttle, but it allows you to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

I have been working at Chicago Marketing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It has been a whirlwind. Yes it has ups and downs - My mom always told me to never say no to any new situation or opportunity. Chicago Marketing offered me an opportunity that I was scared of basically. I felt like it wasn't my cup of tea, in the end, it was exactly that and more. It is not my favorite kind of tea. The team is awesome. The work is fun. The pay is legit.

    Cons

Ups and downs. Stressful at times. Challenging. Hard to understand and manage everything at once if you are new to industry.

    Advice to Management

More training after initial 90 days

I have been working at Chicago Marketing for less than a year

    Pros

My experience at Chicago Marketing exceeded my expectations in every way. Almost immediately, two qualities of the company stuck out to me. The first is its culture and atmosphere. Employees come to work excited--everyone is self-motivated and encourages each other to be the best version of themselves every day. The second is the openness of the leaders/managers of the company. I felt comfortable approaching my manager...

    Cons

The only negative that I can think of is that the hours are long; however, my coworkers and the job itself made it all worth it.
