    -opportunity to work in sports and learn something new every day. Every game and say was a new experience and was very fun.

    Lack of continuity and consistency, difficult to be brought on full time and work depends on the team's play on the field.

    Find people that truly care about the team and the success of the sport. That is the best way to have success.
