I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

No comparison, this is a great job for a first job, extra money, or for career advancement. Such a loving environment, great management, and fair pay. No place good be better to get your feet wet in the American Workforce! Highly recommend for high schoolers with a good work ethic as a first job and for adults who have great customer experience and can serve with a smile on their face all day.

Cons

Nothing really, except maybe having to go outside and not know when you're coming in. Also not knowing if you'll get out at your scheduled time.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great schedule, coworkers are of a higher standard than any other quick service restaurant, respectable managers, excellent training provided. Lots of room for growth and development within the company.

    Cons

I really can't think of any - I would highly recommend this job to anyone, especially teens and young adults who are new on the work force and are looking to learn very important values about work and life.
