I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

great work environment, not like many others. the managers and your co-workers genuinely care about you. great first job, or good for high school or college students. Good about giving you time off, and understanding of our needs as a student.

Cons

Scheduling. they're constantly hiring new people, also inconsistent hours. One week I might work 30 hrs. and the next week 10.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company has a good reputation for customer service, offers a one time $1,000 scholarship, coworkers are usually good folks, one of the best companies in its industry

    Cons

it's still just a fast food place, can get extremely chaotic when busy, hard time negotiating for a raise, store owner was distant, managers frequently squabbled amongst themselves, training program was non existant

    Advice to Management

implement a clearly defined training policy
