I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time for less than a year

    Pros

You're never going to work with hateful people. If they somehow get hired, they get fired pretty quickly. It's amazing to work some place where everyone is genuinely happy to see you. Never worked in such a positive environment. They are so great to work around my schedule while I'm in school as an adult. No working Sundays and the hours the rest of the week are great. Free food when you work. Great scheduling apps and group texts to keep everybody in the loop.

    Cons

Staff needs more training. They're hired and taught the basics but you need more than that. It's a brand new store so I'm sure it'll get better. More in house communication via dry erase board or something like that.
