I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Honestly Chick-fil-A have great benefits.Chick-fil-A takes pride when freshly preparing there food. Also chick-fil-A make sure there costumer are treated with 100% respect.

Cons

When working at chick-fil-A ,you are working as a team. When i was working at chick-fil-A we had a meeting every morning before we start. Also as I continued to work with chick-fil-A company one thing I love is learning costumers names, and that they can leave with a smile.

Advice to Management

Please just keep up the good work and ideas that you bring to the team as well. Its not to much I can advise, because the management them selves are great.

    Flexible Schedule. Positive Attitudes. Good Food. Trains you to be very polite. Strict.

    Cons

    Forced Religious Beliefs. Brain washed employees. Low pay. No room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Give better raises for managers. Increase work motivations. Don't be so strict.

    Pros

    Hire excellent people, plenty of opportunity for advancement if you are willing to work for it.

    Cons

    Pay is terrible at the store level until you reach upper management. Even then its almost laughable considering how much money the store is making.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your managers for the hard work they do to pad the bottom line.
