Leadership cares about its people. From the CEO on down it is a warm and supportive environment. We have Summer Fridays, extra days off as a “reward” and there is a sense of camaraderie between co-workers. There are also perks like gym, on-site clinic, company store, delicious cafeteria and you can’t beat Florida living!
Cons
There has been a lot of leadership changes in recent years. Because of that, the company hasn’t found its footing and doesn’t have a clear vision for who it wants to be. We do acknowledge that there have been leadership changes over the last year. We regret this has resulted in Associates feeling like there is a lack of direction and causing rework. We will share your feedback with the business leaders for further consideration. If you have suggestions that may help, please reach out to your business leaders, HR Manager or reach us directly at GlassdoorFeedback@chicos.com.

We had a great team of people who worked at my store. And most of the customers were very nice. The discount is good and the seasonal larger discounts are great except narrowly available
Cons
The pay is not great. In Florida, the manager was the only person who received a bonus based on mystery criteria. Keeping good workers could be difficult and the store was often understaffed.

Thanks for the great review. We are so glad that you enjoyed working at Chico's FAS. while we believe our compensation and bonus structures are competetive and in line with industry standards, we continue to re-evaluate them on a regular basis.
