Pros

The company is very small and easy to communicate with others. Help services under privedge people in the community.

Cons

Mangers and people in the main office seem disconnected from their main services employees and often talk to them like children and under value their input.

Advice to Management

Be willing to listen to employees more and treat them as members of a team as well hire more qualified individuals.
