    Pros

Free Chipotle...there is the potential for growth within the company. Philosophy for people culture and food culture have flaws but make sense in a perfect world

    Cons

Chipotle becomes your life...scheduled 50 hours but you work no less than 60.
While there is lots of opportunity to get to the GM position...that is your death sentence if you cant get past it. Only way you can get past it is to be in good with your higher ups and even then I only saw 2 promotions past GM in 2 years...2000 people in the market being told they can "move up" but only 2 make it? Not really much of an opportunity when you break it down...not to mention that every GM over those 2 years was fired and more than half of their replacements were fired

    Advice to Management

Monty (CEO) makes you believe in the culture and there are some success stories...but at least in Cincinnati these stories were more like legends...getting past GM is near impossible...like a dangling carrot.
