Pros

At my store the schedule was really flexible, the managers are always willing to work with changing availabilities. There's also a lot of internal promotions which is great because there's definitely always a space for people to grow and learn should they want that. I will also say that I love what Chipotle the brand has come to stand for because I do think they have great values.

Cons

The business of Chipotle is no different than other minimum wage or similar jobs; corporate encourages an environment where their workers are getting overworked because being short staffed means saving labor and making even more money. It's incredibly disrespectful considering most people working these jobs have endured harder work and therefore built better work ethic than most.
