Approves of CEO

Pros

Excellent career advancement and compensation. Appreciation for hard work, and many fringe benefits to boot. Company car, trips to vegas etc.

Cons

Expect too many hours from the managers, I am currently working roughly 70 with not enough support from upper management.

    "Dependent on General/Area Managers"

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

If you have the right group of people helping you, the job can be relatively painless. If you are stuck in a rotten patch, it will definitely be different. Benefits and Bonuses are fair, but not that competitive. Flexible scheduling, and decent structure, again, dependent entirely on area and general managers.

    Cons

Incessant guilt mongering when you make a mistake, pressure to develop, but scrutiny beyond belief if you make an error. Wages are fair, but the crew doesn't get much over minimum wage. Hourly Management also could benefit from slight pay increases.

    Advice to Management

Offer incentives more often to leaders within your company. Set examples instead of just "holding high expectations", and give people a fair chance to exceed expectations at their positions.
