    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Christian Aid part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible working - ability to work part-time, flexi-time, from home or compressed hours if agreed by your manager.
Benefits - pension scheme, flexible working, leave allowances, loans...etc.

    Cons

Constant organisational restructuring, leads to high uncertainty and greatly affects staff moral. If you survive this year's restructure, there's no guarantee that you will survive another in a few months time!
    Some HR colleagues very unhelpful.
Double standards and favouritism showed to preferred colleagues/friends. Likely to have a better experience if you have a good manager because a number of key decisions lie in their hands.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff/colleagues fairly, try to integrate or connect with them, as opposed to just looking down from above and above all, lead by example.
