    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good pay, and experience for college graduates. Job gives you a taste for the field, and some experience for a real job. Training is decent.

    Cons

Work culture and environment are miserable: crazy schedule and hours; work holidays and overtime; management/ supervisors are unfriendly, demanding, micromanaging, backstabbing, dishonest, highly political. Recruiting company, and Chrysler Financial tell you first that want to hire as many temps as possible after 3-4 months. Not true: many are done working there in just few weeks/months; temps are not hired after 3 months-can be there a whole year as temp and just be done working there. Company changed name to TD Auto Finance but still having same work environment. Temps can get great reviews from supervisors but finish working there in few days. Place is unpredictable, and promotion is based on ruthlessness towards others. Temps need to start looking for something the first day they start working there. Part of employees leave at first opportunity when other job comes up.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees and temps. Need to get rid of bad morale if want to retain good workers, and encourage people to do their best. Do not abuse people due to economy: many will not stay even in these times. Stop telling your employees, temps and others great things and, do the opposite behind their back.

  2. "Great benefits, miserable hours, poor communication, politics, overall unsatisfying"

    Pros

Great benefits included health, dental, medical, 401K, and earned vacation.
Untraditional work hours allowed avoidance of rush hour traffic and allowed time for appointments.

    Cons

Political environment, lack of communication, disorganization.
Stressful work environment, productivity driven, business plans and goals frequently changed throughout the year. Inconsistent. Top to bottom business structure inneffective, departments did not collaborate, difficulty in serving customers due to company dysfunction.

    Advice to Management

Look at modern business practices and structuring to find ways to better serve employees and customers. Fairness and respect are important to success.
