    Advice to Management

Kudos on getting Chubb to a strong financial place. Now it is time to take a few steps back and realize that there's a cost to keeping talent and that is investment in the HUMAN resources that make the company run. Institute a culture where expenses can be managed while at the same time treating people like people - not machines.
