    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

9-5 job, 20 days PTO, Survived the financial metldown well. no need to worry about job security if you are going from other company because its atleast 5 years behind other company in IT.

    Cons

People are rusty.IT is big ship. People dont want to learn they are happy for 18-20 years.. So old mentality no change. No pace in work..There is nothing quick.. It takes lot of time for decision making. You need to tell everything in detail to your team and lots of documentation. People lack some common sense approach. No one wants to invest their time on learning or study unless they are in training class

    Advice to Management

Take out 30% of IT, they are rusty cant learn by themselves. They look for training, they want someone give them opportunity. IT does not work like it used to work 20 years back.. technology changes fast so people needs to learn faster ans implement it before it becomes obsolete.Dont train people make them learn things on their own.Reward those people who can learn on their own rather who reads the document and dont use thier brain
