    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - Free lunch (if you like the food)
    - Lots of kids (if you like kids)
    - You get to work with gameroom machines (if you're into that)
    - You will learn to appreciate every other job you have ever had

    Cons

    - Insufficient staffing.
    - Constantly Noisy.
    - You will work every Friday and Saturday, for 12 hours each day.
    - You will be on salary and never work less than 48 hours in a week.
    - It is unlikely your days off will be consecutive.
    - Management does not care about where you live, and will make no effort to move you to a location closer to your home
    - Expect dishonesty and deception from management
    - "People are our greatest asset" is a lie
    - You will be told many great things to get you to work for them, but once hired, you are dirt and will be treated accordingly.

    Advice to Management

People won't work for you if you lie to them. Period. Your upper management is deceptive, arrogant, and dishonest; and once people discover this, your business will die. You treat your employees worse than your customers, and as a former employee, I will never be a customer again. The operation has proven itself to me to be dirty, figuratively and literally. Your business is not sustainable and requires close and careful re-evaluation.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good first job to get basics of job. 50 percent off food items. Free games to play. Good flexible job with schooling.

    Cons

No room for improvement in position. Pay is minimum wage, lucky to get a raise, even if promoted to Team 2 (Leader/Trainer) or Opening Coordinator (Pre-Management). Workload consisted isn't worth minimum wage. (Have to be able to multi-task to the extreme, from making pizzas, to running food, answering phones, doing dishes, etc.) When hours are low, you might have to bear a workload for 3 people.

    Advice to Management

Management has been getting better over the years with respect. However they still have problems favoring the workers that don't work nearly as hard as some of the workers there and is mean to some of the workers that have been there for 10-25 years (although that is a long time to work at CEC as it is, they are old ladies and need the job)
