PTO process can be a pain so you have to plan in advance for time off but co-workers are good about swapping shifts. Not a starter or entry level position definitely Definitely need good clinical skills and experience in various systems and levels of care including crisis work to be able to handle the job. There are a lot of computer systems and benefit info to learn so someone without experience in health care world will get lost easily.
