Pros

coworkers you have room to grow there's always something new to learn you don't have to work in weather you deal with different situations everyday there's free soft skill courses you can take you get floating holidays, personal time, sick time and vacation time. yearly raises.

Cons

we have a communications department that does a communications email but they only celebrate the employees they're hiring off the street and they never celebrate internal promotions. work / life balance lack of communication from department to department. all of mid level management and senior management are jumping ship. there are a thousand projects that are worked by only a few people. BPO's are not solid customer service agents with working knowledge and comprehension of our warranties. every year the reviews are controlled by senior management/c-suite, you could be exceeding in every category and still get a meets.

Cinch Home Services Response

Hello and thank you for your honesty. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have as a Cinch associate. While we do share new hires in our weekly newsletter as they join Cinch, we also share our birthday and work anniversary celebrants each month in the same publication. And each quarter, during our Town Hall, our CEO showcases our milestone anniversary celebrants (5+ years) and all Cinch associates who and have experienced a career development move since the last event. We are always striving to improve our internal processes as well as those that impact our customers. Please know I’m going to share your feedback with our leadership team. In the meantime, please email us at HR@cinchhs.com with your contact information. We’d love to get in contact with you to learn more.

Pros

Cinch Home Services is a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate across teams. The company does a great job creating a positive employee experience through perks, professional development courses and events. I’ve enjoyed working with talented coworkers and gaining valuable experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

Cons

There are different hybrid expectations across teams and individuals, and with a large number of fully remote employees, there could be more flexibility for hybrid workers. Commuting three days a week versus even two creates a noticeable difference in gas expenses, commute time, and overall work-life balance for employees who are required to come into the office when so many are not.
