Pros

You don’t have to commute every day.

Cons

Staff, managers, you can’t reach out to anybody if you need help. Expect to work weekends and late nights to go meet with the patients when they arrive at the airport. No promotion, raises are not worth mentioning. In my first year I got 32 cent raise.

Pros

Paid training that’s done remotely. Coworkers were great and often bonded over how opportunistic and generally awful the company was.

Cons

Unprofessional managers, no raises even when workload doubles or triples and employees are expected to cover other positions that have been eliminated, Experienced multiple instances of unfair employee practices, biases, unrealistic work expectations and discriminatory hiring practices. No standards in place for employee safety! They operate on a strict set of rules for how to best service the client but have a “cross that bridge when we come to it” mentality for protecting their staff. You will spend money on therapy to recover from working here. Very high turnover rate, naturally.
