Pros

Wonderful work environment, superior benefits, great people who are just as motivated as you are to get the job done and help the end customer succeed.

Cons

Some of the previous perks were removed due to the down turn in the economy, yet while we have since posted excellent gains over previous years, those perks have not returned.

    Cons

    Organizational changes occur very regularly, followed by limited restructuring.

    Great benefits, management makes a real effort to help you grow in your career, friendly people, ability to work at home when needed, great culture.

    Cons

    They talk up the work/life balance but little is done to see that anyone actually has it. In fact the culture is such that working 24/7 is expected.
