    Pros

you will be asked to stay with a group for 12 months, but then you can transfer to other groups and try new things you are interested in. Pay is acceptable.

    Cons

unless you work in the headquarters in san jose, you might be treated as remote workers. And since cicsco is a large company, changed in the company will take much longer time than small companies.

    Advice to Management

Strong leadership and visibility is everything that's needed

    Pros

Cisco was a great place to work for. There were plenty of perks (gym, snacks, etc..) and the people there seem genuinely nice (the ones I've come across at least).

    Cons

I personally prefer working at a company with a start-up culture, so Cisco's "big company" feel didn't vibe too well with me.

    Advice to Management

    Good leadership.
