Pros
The people. The people on your team are amazing and are always there to help. Direct managers were great and very helpful as well. They don't micromanage and allow you to develop your own process that works for you. Fully remote.
Cons
I have already seen some similar comments regarding comp plans changing overnight and can confirm that happens. Reps work hard to close deals months in advance and that is encouraged by everyone. It is very normal to work 3-4 months ahead. However, upper management informed us any deals closed past March 2023 would not count to the agreed upon comp plan, essentially screwing a lot of people out of their hard earned dollars. This change came out of absolutely nowhere and lead to A LOT of top reps pissed. I know this commission failure lead to top performers wanting to leave as well as laying off great reps to make up for the money. It's not the reps fault for doing their job. This happened going into 2022 and happened again in 2023. Trust is lost. The platform needs major updates. For a "major player" and "leader" in the PR space, you would think the platform would be top of the line which is just not true. Competitors have much better services and clients know that. The constant change in sales reps irritates clients as well. There is no consistency and clients are starting to figure that out.
