Business Outlook
Pros
Huge company with ability to move around if live in major city. Many different departments if looking to try different positions. Great benefits package. Developing relationships with other deparments will help moving up the job ladder. Bonuses have been good the last couple years. We will see how they are this year though as most probably will not be very good.
Cons
Firm is very large. Company has been beat up in the media. Tough to get ideas implemented. This company is Corporate America. Senior Management has made bad decisions in handling assets of company and we are now in the news nearly everyday in a bad way. Annual Salary increases have been pretty low the last couple years.
