Advice to Management

Get down on the level of the employee instead of staying in your plush 2 million dollar office.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Citi full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good health insurance benefits, good parking

    Cons

Low pay, get beat out of bonuses, managers throwing reps under the bus to save themselves, had a successful rating based on monthly results then at year end taken away and rerated to unsuccessful and no raise and tuition reimbursement lost.

    Advice to Management

Stop running a double standard. There is a clique there in Gray,TN that sticks together and eliminates people to keep themselves in power. The obsurd "qualities" that calls are rated with is ridiculous. The unit managers act like we can solve customers problems by interrogating them over and over. The programs they have aren't life changing and don't give unemployed people jobs. Stop pretending that reps are so dumb they can't follow your guidelines. When a manager is struggling he blames it on a rep and promises if they fire them to the OM things will get better. Stop retaliating against people that give bad ratings the the company for the VOE. It is a sham anyway and yes men and women are rewarding if they rate the company high by keeping their jobs.
