I have been working at Citi full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Citi medical/vacation benefits, 401(k) match @ 6%

    Cons

Flexible schedule going away, systems nightmare, departmental communication, salary, bonus requirements, paperwork impact time period

    Advice to Management

Take a look inside the company to search for talent not being put to use. Growth opportunities are what should be extended. Listen to your employees when they bring something to your attention in regard to job satisfaction/placement instead of bullet point suggestions easily attained for YOUR resume. Think long term for those who have been there and paid their dues. The ROI will be fantastic and you will spend less trying to recruit. WOO WOW WIN me over... sound familiar?
