I worked at Citi full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Big company with assets. Nice buildings. Good vacation, health, and 401k benefits

    Cons

Management at Citi has been routinely poor for over 10 years. They don't seem to know what strategy they want, and they change so rapidly the most recent strategy hasn't taken effect yet. New York dominates the sites and provides little opportunity for input from "non New York" personnel. Salaries are a bit below average, and bonus/raise/promotion opportunities are highly limited

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. Use the talent you have in all of the sites and move as a cohesive company, instead of various fractured organizations just protecting their turf.
