    Pros

Office is in Pune. Great outskirts of Pune. not much pressure. Well ness centre...Great people

    Cons

Work is not challenging enough. Need to talk to vendors a lot to get their knowledge. The dev environment is not developer friendly.. Lots of compliance to follow.

I have been working at Citi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    onsite gym, very very few

    Cons

Citi is one of the worst employers that I have ever experienced.
Worked in Citi Mississauga software development center, and witnessed 50%+ high turnover rate for this site. No procedure, all ad-hoc, very demanding and unrealistic expectation, report your progress hourly, production release every week---at least...

No QA/Support, people wakes you up midnight for UAT issues by calling your personal cell phone or home phone----Yes, you got it right, it is your obligation to provide your personal phone number and use it to do production support!

Avoid this company as much as you can.

    Advice to Management
