I worked at Citi as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You meet some great people working there. There's opportunity for growth once you get your foot in the door. They have a fun and philanthropic culture in certain departments.

    Cons

Work hours are brutal - there's no such thing as a "9 to 5" schedule here. You're expected to become acclimated pretty quickly so unless you're a very fast learner, this is not the place for you. There's quite a bit of nepotism going on and it cuts opportunities in half for a lot of good employees.

    Advice to Management

Write reference letters for the employees and interns that have been busting their humps for you, they deserve it.
