Pros

Reasonable pay, good co-workers and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Goals are very aggressive and you are only good as your last sale...

    Pros

    Great as far as bonus structure and hours. Work life balance

    Cons

    Mandatory Call Nights, Tons of cold calling, horrible onboarding process,

    Advice to Management

    Consider sending a colleague to training first as oppoesed to the branch. You do not have access and can not help customers in the way you wish you could. Make sure that who your putting in your branches are going to be mentored

    Pros

    Decent benefits and 401k. Some opportunity for advancement, if your management likes you.

    Cons

    Too heavy of a push for sales. Have quarterly goals to meet and can be fired if sales goals are not met. Have to deal with explaining high bank fees to customers. Zero fee rebate policy.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce customer fees and relax fee rebates. Ease up on sales goals so bankers can be good customer service representatives without pushing services on customers to get the sale.
