I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Life/work balance is encouraged. The benefits package is good. Employees are friendly and get along with each other.

    Cons

Segregation of employee duties and outsourcing of tasks causes there to not be much opportunity to learn and advance in skills. Meetings and conference calls sometimes are so excessive that they prevent employees from performing their tasks.

    Advice to Management

Cross-train employees and avoid outsourcing of tasks. Only require meeting attendance if it is relevant.
