I worked at Citizens Bank full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The staff (not the BM) at the branch I worked at was great

Cons

Liking your job depends on your manager. The ABM was awesome, the BM was the WORST.

Advice to Management

Support your staff!

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Easy to stand out if you are excellent. Nice benefits (matching 401k up to 5% of pay plus 2% nonelective, and tuition reimbursement, health savings accounts and adoption assistance), but they used to be 6% and 3%. Direct managers are really helpful but stretched far too thin.

    Cons

Senior managers seem to have their own agenda - on paper they want feedback, but it's understood that you should not provide it to anyone besides your direct manager.

    Advice to Management

Recognition does not cost you anything.
