    Culture, and good values define who we are as a company. There is an ongoing commitment to improve the customer journey and ensure our product strategy is well defined.

    Cons

    Saas and Enterprise should continue to focus on alignment and prioritization across of all product groups.

    Never lose sight of the unique culture that is Citrix.

    Pros

    Good benefits, good communication and decent managers up the chain

    Cons

    Hard to get noticed if you’re not in sales or in Ft Lauderdale. If remote you’re invisible and get forgotten.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the focus on the future but remember ‘work is not a place’ applies to your own employees as much as your customers.
