Subject to micromanagement Exhausting quarterly reviews Team leads will gatekeep for inter-company job role applications, especially if you’re “too valuable” Expected to change role description with and without notice, always without pay increases. Expected to double, triple workload on command without title or compensation changes. Stressful job, poor training (mostly self led and through asking questions via Slack, which is not efficient at all.
