I have been working at City Union Bank full-time

    Pros

Good start for those who are freshers. Could make use of the opportunity to gain experience and shine in the future.

    Cons

Should have a check on the people at higher positions and their age, so that the company could have dynamic and young people to develop at a greater momentum. This is actually advice as well as a major cons for the youngsters working for them.
