    No opinion of CEO

I worked at City Year full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Leaders who work here genuinely care about their community and the people they serve. If this is your first job after college and you’re interested in the educational industry, this job will get you places. If you have no interest in the educational world, this job will stil get you places!

    Cons

It’s what you make of it. Conditions aren’t perfect because you’ll be working for an under funded school district. It’s YOUR job to create the positivity the environment needs.

    Advice to Management

You guys are amazing. Keep striving
