    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The people and culture are par to none in the country. Everyone is willing to bend over backwards to help another out.

    Cons

The average age of City employees is most likely in the upper 40s or low 50s which means change and breaking the status quo are difficult to accomplish.

    Advice to Management

Start grooming young talent to eventually replace senior level managers/directors. Also, encourage new ideas and process change in order to weed out tenured, senior level managers/directors who are not willing change for the better.
