The workers/employees...they try and they care.

Politics of management and upper management...ruins the entire organization. The facility...over crowded and contaminated. Lack of ENFORCED protocal.

Advice to Management

Lose the politics and guide the employees...we are here for the community and its animals.

    Pros

It looks good as a filler on your resume, decent pay scales, great health benefits, great environment to be in when dealing with coworkers,

    Cons

Too much politics, the exact epitome of extreme nepotism, its not about your skills, education, or work ethic. It is more about who's butt will you kiss to keep your job.

    Advice to Management

Learn your job, take a class or two on management 101 and employee relations. Stop placing friends, family members, associates and unqualified individuals in positions just because you are in a position to do so.
