Pros
Good benefits, friendly staff, a city that stands on pride and purpose, use to be a fantastic place to work.
Cons
Unorganized management, racist upper management (even with a woman of color as a city manager), plays favoritism with employees, extremely toxic place to work, they will over work you for little pay.
