Disappointing. Dishonest. Beware of fake reviews posted by company.

    Pros

Great big fancy office with lots of activities. But Beware. This wears off quickly and you realize its a nice way to pull you in and keep it looking like a gold paved road while things go on behind closed doors. The Culture and Values ideas they have are good. But values written on paper do not mean anything when they are not followed.

    Cons

HORRIBLE communication between departments. Many upper management individuals not trustworthy. Beware of a "too good to be true" situation. The recruiter tends to really boost up the work by giving fancy names to bad positions and promises that are not kept. I worked hard for this company and at the end of the day The CEO is concerned with his Corvette and his personal community acceptance more then his employees. I would much rather work for a high quality company working out of an attic then a company that has technology below the higher quality competitors yet sells it at their price to pay for that 10 million dollar building. It says something when people that have been there for quite some time jump ship. Remember. Your employer is not your friend. The HR department is there to protect the business. Not you. The CEO is there to make himself money. Not you. Don't be blinded by a fancy building. Look for quality employment elsewhere. SOOO many customer issues. They put fancy numbers out on retention but tend to hide the amount of issues they are having.

No C-Level Female Leadership, Lacks Diversity

    Sep 30, 2021 - Mid-Level Management in Manhattan, KS

    Pros

Core Values, as written, as inspiring. Software products are solid and worth the market value. Intention of making Government work better is honorable. Employees work hard. Collaborative environment. Office building is modern.

    Cons

Men and women are not paid equally for the same role at the management level for certain, reporting is skewed to the current audience, the loudest are catered to while those with their heads down are underpaid/valued. Men/Women treated differently in Sales for 10-15 years, specifically, but female leadership is practically non-existent in the organization, as a whole. There are many qualified women there today and the hiring pool is global. There is no excuse. Core Values, Diversity & Inclusivity are not followed though in practice for fear of “too many changes, too quickly.” Change takes time. But multiple opportunities from 2019-2021 in particular - to be sincere and correct the hiring process have not been taken advantage of by C-Level leadership. HR tries, but is inconsistent when complaints are reported. HR ultimately reports to the CEO, which makes large-scale change harder, even if that CEO is a good person with good intentions. He leans heavily on the other C leaders with different views vs the body of staff tat want to see marked, long-lasting, intentional change. Unbiased reviews are needed, consistency throughout departments is lacking and an evaluation of turnover (by gender) would be a good place to start. Leaders must be qualified to lead, not just enjoyable to be around. Why are marketing and HR mostly female while engineers and sales are predominantly male? Why are the VPs and Cs all white men? The why is the issue. And it’s solvable.
