Full-time benefits for less than full-time hours worked.Casual work enviroment.Flexible work hours.The company is willing to take chances on new hires who possess little or no knowledge of collections.The enviroment lends itself to creative individuals who want to learn the collection trade.
Cons
No co - ordination between departments. Lack of specific goals from management. Putting out " fires " . Better front end management would avoid the fires in the first place. Setting vague goals that create inter-departmental / client conflicts.
