Learning to pierce ears, 50% discount

Cons

Whiny kids all day long, and jewelry getting tangled up everywhere. Upper management will fire a whole store if 1 person is stealing

Advice to Management

Actually spend time hearing your employees concerns and investigate loss in store before firing everyone

    Gives vacation time to lower level management
    Piercing ears is usually a rewarding experience

    Upper management does not always understand how stores actually function
    High expectations that cannot always be met
    Odd hours

    Advice to Management

    Make sure that managers are not promoted before they are ready, because it makes the store worse. While associates can drive sales, they cannot make customers spend more than they want to spend, and it is unreasonable to think that we can pressure people into spending that extra money. Reward employees that put in the extra effort instead of ignoring their sacrifices.
