Pros

Flexible Scheduling
Team Members are Great
Access to Many Well Known People
Great Connections
Pretty Relaxed on the Retail Store Side

Cons

Upper Management does a Terrible Job of communicating to all Team Members
Lots of Favoritism within the Bank
Most Promotions based on Looks and Favorites of Jim Claytons!
If you even hint at disagreeing with Jim Clayton, he will find a reason to fire you on the spot.

Advice to Management

Get to know your employees betters.
Do a better job of promoting those who deserve it, rather than the good looking women.
