    1. LUBE OIL. This has been a big push over the years since SK has become a full scale oil company. It has been a big push over the past two years and its something that interferes with the every day job. It is not something that is enjoyable to "sell" and puts a bad taste in employees mouths when unrealistic expectations are set around this (which also inevitably effects your overall commission) 2.     Advice to Management

    Stick with what we know....haz/chemical waste, parts washers, and pump services. The word "lube" gives me chills, and for good reason.

    Company is more interested in stats than resolving customers issues

    Advice to Management

    focus more on the resolution of the customers issue rather than a current process that's not working and causing more irate customers
