Pros

Media company has the largest shares of terrestrial radio stations in the country. If you have schmoozed the right people and not rocked the boat about the operational policies and lack of resources you have the opportunity to advance in market size.

Cons

Compensation is low and demands are high. If you want to work for free while the company execs get a bonus go for it. Ratings revenue and cash flow regardless of how much time you need to put in because resources have been downsized.

Advice to Management

Invest in your operations again. How do you grow Cume and TSL without a marketing budget/ department? You get what you pay for when the people who are still left in the business would leave if they had any marketable skill set other than talking on a microphone.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Brand is known by customers, and therefore there is benefit as to creditability with customers. The size is beneficial in marketing

    Cons

Brand is known by customers and many people see them as the Dart Vader that has monopolized the radio business

    Advice to Management

Too much sleeping around with each other

    Pros

    Resume building, experience building environment.

    Cons

Company has no job security, they will cut back staff until you are doing 3 peoples jobs and not pay you any more. There is a wage freeze, so no raises. This company will burn you out as you take 10 hour days, and work some weekends, not to mention working through lunch. People are fighting to their job that needs to get done that day.

    Advice to Management

You need to pay people for the work they do. If you cut 3 jobs in a market, and do not hire someone to take over the positions, you need to better compensate your employees. Cancel the wage freeze. People are working full time plus overtime and can barely afford to pay bills and rent.
