    Pros

    Getting to work with great station managers and working with amazing co-workers in offices across the country

    Cons

    hard to advance if you don't come out of the New York corporate office. Competency is irrelevant the person from NY will fill management openings

    Advice to Management

    Place more value on your employees. Pay them fairly for all the extra hours the AE's devote to your bottom line. AE's shouldn't have to find another job and file their letter of resignation in order to receive a pay raise. Also not classy for the GSM & President to drop the F'bomb on an employee upon their resignation because they leave for a competitor.
