    I worked at Clear-Com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Projects are constant
Wonderful group of people to work with
    Benefits
    Flexible work hours

    Cons

    Limited Creativity
Higher ups are difficult to work with
Needs to include others in an interview of a person you'd be working with closely

    Advice to Management

The company needs to have more creative freedom. Instead of designing for what the higher ups want, design for your customers. Customers don't care what the higher ups want.

I have been working at Clear-Com full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The best reason to work at Clear-Com is the employees. The people are so nice and friendly, it sometimes feels like a second home.

    Cons

The downside would be management. It tends to feel like you have at least six bosses at all times. Meaning if you screw up, you got six people asking you what went wrong.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to stop micro-managing the employees. If you train them right, theres no need to hover over them at all times
