Pros

A great team of engineers, although many have left now. The culture was initially strong, so there are still a few good things to enjoy. Foosball, company events, etc.

Cons

The company culture is at it's lowest ever. Many great people are gone, and those that remain have to deal with projects that leadership constantly under-estimates and over-promises. It's a classic death march to the bottom.

Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback. It gives us insight. I’m very disappointed that we were not able to address your concerns before you left. We have doubled the company every year since inception, and that comes with growing pains. Some of the strategies adopted and started before you left have yielded great fruit, so we are sad you aren't here to see it. One of our core values is "excellence". This journey is never done, and we strive to be better today and tomorrow than we were yesterday. We continue to plan projects using a 40-hour work week because we know that our people stay sharp and rested with plenty of time with their families, hobbies, and time to keep up with what is happening in our dynamic industry. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors, and we would welcome you back if it's a better fit when we are several hundred employees rather than the current 50.

Pros

The company offers competitive pay and excellent benefits, which truly support employees' well-being. The leadership team emphasizes strong core values, and the work-life balance is one of the best I've experienced. There is significant growth potential for employees—hard work and dedication are recognized, and the sky is the limit in terms of career advancement.

Cons

At times, job expectations could be communicated more clearly, which can lead to some confusion.
